Extra virgin olive oil of superior category obtained directly from Italian olives solely by mechanical means.
Olives used: Frantoio and Leccino whose stone- fruits are harvested and pressed separately in order to create a blend able to create a product with the following characteristics.
Color: Light green.
Bouquet: Medium fruity.
Flavour: Herbaceous aromas with a pleasant hint of tomato and artichoke.
Serving suggestions: Raw salads, legumes, roasted meat or fish.
Maximum acidity level: Less than 0,8g per 100g of olive oil.
Press method: Cold.
Certification: “Organic Oil” – Authorized control body MIPAAFT IT BIO 002.
