Extra virgin olive oil cold extracted only from Italian olives grown and produced by organic farming. It has herbaceous hints of artichoke with an aftertaste of leaf, very aromatic. The taste is delicate with a slight aftertaste of tomato that makes it ideal for dishes based on white meat and fish. We reccomend using it raw on dishes.
