EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Extra virgin olive oil of superior category obtained directly from Italian olives solely by mechanical means.It has intense vegetable hints of artichoke and thistle. Its strong taste and very persistent finish is perfectly linked to meat or legume dishes. Perfect raw on dishes with a marked flavor.
Olives used: 50% Coratina, 50% Nociara
Color: Light green with hues of yellow.
Bouquet: Vegetal notes of artichoke, thistle and fresh grass evident on the nose, very intense in their perception but also pleasant and quite marked.
Flavor: Intense fruity with a hint of artichoke and fresh herbaceous aromas, bitter and spicy notes.
Serving suggestions: Main courses of roast meat, legumes and soups.
Maximum acidity level: Less than 0,8g per 100g of olive oil.
Press method: Cold.
